Guel is working to support himself. This dude's character development is admirable, really.

I was about to praise Miorine for doing a good job managing the company but, oh boy. She f*cked up so hard handling her relationship. Obviously, Elan knew this would happen and was taking advantage of that.

Yeah Guel is geting better and better.

I despised him in the first episode. Now, I started to like him, ever since his persona changed for Suletta. :3

TBT he's basically the best character of this version so far.

And instead getting a good talk to clarify things between them Suletta prefer to imagine stuff and make decision on this half-made up situation.

That's very believable writing actually. Womens are often illogical like that. One of important tasks in the relationships with them are not to step on such made up landmine, when the real world start to conflict with the non-voiced imaginary world in your girlfriends head. :-)

The problem isn't being a woman (I know Tomino's an Incel, but still). The problem is that Suletta is has a kid's mindset and breaks down at the first sign of emotional distress.
That redhead has a LONG way to go before being able to match any of the people she interacts with.
That also makes her a horrible pairing with Miorine. Who knows in 40 episodes, but right now? Nah.

Tomino long retired - his final work was Reconguista in G which came out almost a decade ago. This series main writer are Ichiro Okouchi, dude who started his screenwriter career during Turn-A production.

Adult woman can give you earful for no reason too , it is not kiddie issue. A lot of womans have entitled mindset that they are like princesses and everyone owes to them (no surprise given lots of 1-child families nowadays), so those persons can throw literal tantrums in order to make every little thing go way they want, even if what they want is silly.

I didn't see it as cold, so much as just brushing past something without realizing how important it was. She's got a lot on her plate building their business, meanwhile, Suletta is closer in maturity to like... a 12 year old, thanks to how sheltered she is. Something like this was always going to happen, just a matter of when.

I disagree. Miorine is the sheltered one. Suletta had a proper job on Mercury(as seen in the "Cradle Planet" short story). Her sense of responsibility and her calm clarity in the most dangerous of situations is a result of a lifetime of rescue work at the mines. She's really mature, just has social anxiety due to years of verbal abuse. And unlike the rich kids, she had no backing to fight back or risk her family getting ousted off the planet. The way Miorine treats Suletta, is just adding on to the horrible treatment she experienced. Honestly, Suletta is a champ for being able to still have compassion for others and move forward after everything she's been through. I would of let that old man die. When an 11-year-old in a mobile suit saves your life, you say "Thank you!"

I can see where you're coming from, but at the same time - nah. Suletta having had a job doesn't mean she wasn't sheltered. It means she had to skip some very major development stages, to be properly socialized and stuff with her peers. There's a WORLD of difference between interacting with adults who only really turn to you during a crisis and interacting with your friends, to the extent that it's a known potential problem for home-schooled kids. Beyond that, Suletta is left without any proper context for the game that she's found herself in. She's been making it so far due to being a Gundam pilot and having people - mostly Miorine - who do understand the game to help cover the politicking that Suletta doesn't understand.

I can kinda see where you're coming from in calling Mioorine sheltered, but that doesn't mean that Suletta isn't. Just means that the things they're missing are different.
